Below is everything you need to know about shipping, tracking, and delivery for Painting By Number Kits. If you’re still unsure about something, check our FAQ or contact us.

Processing Time

Most orders are prepared within 2–6 business days.

Custom kits take longer because they’re created from your photo. If an item has an extended processing time, it will be shown on the product page or at checkout.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary by destination and the shipping option available at checkout.

A few things to keep in mind:

  • Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees
  • During peak periods, carriers can take longer than usual
  • Some orders may arrive in separate packages if items ship from different locations

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Tracking may take 24–72 hours to start updating after the label is created. That delay is normal.

What “last-mile” means

Sometimes your tracking will show “last-mile.” That usually means your package has been handed to a local delivery partner for the final part of delivery. Updates may pause briefly during the handoff and then resume once the local carrier scans it.

Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

If you need to update your address, contact us as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number
  • The correct address

If your order has already shipped, address changes depend on the carrier and may not be possible.

Customs & Import Fees

Depending on your country, customs or import fees may apply. These fees are set by local authorities and, if requested, are paid by the customer to the carrier.

Marked “Delivered” But Not Received

If tracking shows delivered but you don’t see the package:

  1. Check your mailbox, porch/safe spot, building reception, or concierge
  2. Ask neighbors
  3. Contact the carrier using your tracking number

Then message us with your order number and what you found — we’ll guide you through next steps.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact us within 10 days of delivery and include:

  1. Your order number
  2. Clear photos (for damage/wrong items)
  3. A short description of the issue

If we confirm the problem, we’ll make it right with the most appropriate solution: replacement parts, a replacement kit, a reshipment, or another option depending on the situation.
