We ship from the closest available fulfillment location for your item. Some orders ship locally, while others ship from our production partner depending on stock and product type.

Delivery time depends on the item and destination. We ship as fast as possible once your order is confirmed.

This usually happens during hand-offs between shipping partners or sorting centers. Tracking may pause for a few days, then update again once the next facility scans it. If you see no movement for 7+ days, contact us and we’ll look into it.

Yes, if the order hasn’t shipped yet. Message us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. Once a package enters transit, changes depend on the carrier.

This usually happens because of an incomplete or incorrect address. If the package returns to us, we can reship it after we confirm the correct address. In some cases, a reship fee may apply depending on carrier charges.

In most cases, customers don’t pay extra at delivery. If your country applies import fees on certain packages, the carrier may request payment. If you’re unsure, message us before ordering and we’ll tell you what to expect for your location.

If your order hasn’t entered production or shipping, we can usually cancel it. Contact us quickly with your order number. Once we pack or ship it, we can’t guarantee cancellation.

No. Custom kits are made specifically for your photo, so we don’t accept returns for “change of mind.” If something arrives incorrect or damaged, contact us and we’ll fix it.

If your item is unused and still in its original packaging, you can request a return within our return window. You’ll cover return shipping. Once we receive and inspect the item, we process your refund to the original payment method.

Yes. Checkout runs through secure, encrypted payment processing. We don’t store full card details on our servers.
